Our sample pack includes various designs showing vibrant full colour images, solid black and white and a photograph.

The prints are free, you just pay $5 for postage within Australia.

File Requirements

Your artwork file needs to:

  • Be supplied as a PNG, PDF, AI, PSD or vector SVG/EPS file
  • Be a minimum of 300 DPI. The higher the resolution, the better the print quality. If your image is low quality, the print will also be low quality.
  • Have a transparent background.
  • Fit inside 58cm wide x 100cm high (can be maximum 200cm for each file).
  • Have at least 0.5cm gap between each design. 2cm is ideal if you want extra space for cutting.
  • Be supplied print-ready.

You can fit as many designs as you like inside the 58cm x 100cm area. This is called a gang sheet, like the examples shown in the product images.

If you want the same gang sheet printed for multiple metres, make it fit within the 100cm length, then select the number of metres you need as your order quantity.

If you have more than one file, upload each file separately, choose the quantity for each, add it to cart, then repeat the process for each new file.

NOTE: We do not adjust or change your file before printing. Your artwork must be supplied print-ready. If you need help setting up your file, please email us at info@flavourpop.au. We can help get your artwork print-ready for an additional fee.

SHIPPING

Free shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia only.

For orders under $150, a flat rate of $15 express shipping applies.

Orders placed before 11am Canberra time will usually be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 11am may still be dispatched the same day if we have capacity, otherwise they will be dispatched the next business day.

We will contact you by email if there are any issues or delays with your order.

 

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on producing high-quality DTF prints, but we’re human, and from time to time things may not go as planned.

As our DTF transfers are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, low-quality supplied artwork, spelling mistakes, or artwork/file setup issues supplied by the customer.

If we have made an error or the prints are faulty, we’ll happily reprint your order.

To be eligible for a reprint, exchange or return:

  • The request must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Photo proof of the faulty product is required.
  • The issue must be clearly visible in the photo provided.

Lost Parcels

We do not take responsibility for lost parcels (unless we are at fault) - whether the package being is sent to the buyer, or back to our HQ for an exchange/return. However, we will work with you to identify where your parcel may have ended up.

To minimise the risk of a parcel being lost, we encourage customers to double-check that you have entered the correct address during checkout. 

How to press transfer

Different print surfaces need different heat and time for pressing. For cotton, place your print in the desired location on the garment with the white side down, place teflon on top, and press for 12-15 secs. Let the transfer cool, peel the transfer off then place the teflon over the print and press again for 6-8 secs. You're done!

Cotton and cotton/polyester blends - 150c, 12 seconds press and high pressure.
Polyester - 130c, 6-8 seconds press and high pressure.
Neoprene - 110c 6-8 seconds press and high pressure.
