We Print Your Custom Designs - You Press! 

Our transfers are vibrant, stretchy, won't scratch or peel, and are wash and crack resistant. They can be applied to any garment, textile, wood, cardboard, canvas or paper, with a heat press. We use instant hot peel film saving you time when pressing multiple things.

Follow these steps to make your order:

  • Upload your file *PLEASE READ FILE REQUIREMENTS BELOW BEFORE UPLOADING
  • Select the qty range you will order, then change the Quantity to correspond with the number of meters you want to order ie, 14 meters will be 14
  • Click Add To Cart
  • If you have more than one file to print, after adding tthe first file to cart, hit the cross to remove the first file and go through the same steps above. Once all your files have been added, click through to checkout
  • Please feel free to ask any questions before and during your order

File Requirements

Your artwork file needs to:

  • Be one of either PNG, PDF, AI, PSD or vector SVG/EPS file
  • A minimum of 300dpi (the higher the resolution, the better quality of print). If the quality of your image is low, the quality of the print will also be low, so please supply us with the best quality file you can.
  • Have a transparent background.
  • Fit inside 58cms wide by 100cms tall (can be maximum 200cms for each file). You can fit as many designs within those dimensions as you like (gang sheet, like you see in the image here) but we recommend a gap of at least 0.5cms between each design.
  • If you want the same file printed for many meters, make it to fit in the 100cm length and select the number of meters in your order quantity.
  • If you have more than one file, upload each file, click on the quantity for each, add to cart, then repeat the process for each new file.
  • NOTE: we will not adjust or change your file so it needs to be print ready. If you need help making your file please email us at info@flavourpop.au with what you need and for an additional fee we can help you get your artwork print ready.

SHIPPING

Free shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia only. For all orders below $150 a flat rate of $15 for express shipping applies.
Your order will be despatched within 1 working day of the completion of the print. We will contact you by email if there are any issues or delays. 

 

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on only producing quality DTF prints but we're human and from time to time things don't go as well as we hoped. If we have made an error or the prints are faulty, we will happily do a reprint for you.  Carefully read below, before heading over to our contact page to lodge an exchange or return via the contact form.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, you must meet and adhere to the following criteria:

  • The request must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Photo proof of the faulty product is required.
  • If we can see the error in the photo you provide there's no need to send the film back to us, we'll just re-print your order and send it out.

 

Lost Parcels

We do not take responsibility for lost parcels (unless we are at fault) - whether the package being is sent to the buyer, or back to our HQ for an exchange/return. However, we will work with you to identify where your parcel may have ended up.

To minimise the risk of a parcel being lost, we encourage customers to double-check that you have entered the correct address during checkout. 

How to press transfer

Different print surfaces need different heat and time for pressing. For cotton, place your print in the desired location on the garment with the white side down, place teflon on top, and press for 12-15 secs. Let the transfer cool, peel the transfer off then place the teflon over the print and press again for 6-8 secs. You're done!

Cotton and cotton/polyester blends - 160c, 12-15 seconds press and high pressure.
Polyester - 130c, 10-12 seconds press and high pressure.
Neoprene - 110c 6-8 seconds press and high pressure.
